This thick quill Cassiavera AA is produced from Batusangkar area, West Sumatra, where our processing unit is well located near the region where the Cinnamomum burmannii plant is native to. Harvested Cassiavera is brought to our processing warehouse where cleaning, drying, sorting, processing and packaging into the different qualities takes place. The Padang Cinnamon has a smooth, uniform appearance ideal for canning and crafting. Traditionally used as a tasty stirring stick for hot drinks. A nice addition to cocoa, coffee or special holiday concoctions. Perfect for flavoring curry, dessert sauces and syrups.
